2013 it is!

It’s 10.35pm. In less than 2hours, we will welcome a brand new year. (Thank you, the world did not end DEC21!) Yey! Thank you Lord, I am in good health, and so with the rest of my family and love ones, as we welcome this year.

I would like to thank the people who made my 2012 such a meaningful year. I learned a lot I must say — in career, friendship, love, faith and many other things. I am so lucky to have those people around me who genuinely loves me, and care for me. BIG HUG!

To my fiance, Di, ikaw ang pinaka makulit na taong nakilala ko. I love you so much to the moon and back honey. I’m excited to start our life together. Mwah.

I am thinking of starting this 365days project. You know what it is. Pero, I am not really good at routine & day-to-day need to dos. I am not confident I can finish it, but I’ll try. Hehe. I also want to write a lot of things in my diary next year. 2013 will surely be a memorable year. Hey, I remember, this is my last year as a single woman, since I am getting married next year. Yay!

Sunday – Wedding Preps Update: Our booked suppliers

After about 7 months of wedding planning, here are what we booked so far. Most of these suppliers, we booked on the spot. I’ve been keeping a shortlist of my suppliers-to-be months before we seriously decided to book and plan our wedding. I did not realize meeting suppliers can be soo tiring. So, whenever we feel the “this is it” feeling, we book right away. Hehe.

My first nail polish :)

As you know, hindi ako girly talaga. Pero I do want to try girly stuff from time to time. So last Christmas, my ex-boss and friend, gave me this uber cute nail polish.

And here is the result! 🙂

I removed it the day after, hindi talaga ko sanay! Hehe. Pero it was fun! Though I think, I will still not buy one for myself, hindi ako marunong mag alaga ng nails. hehe.

Happy (alsmost) new year everyone! As you know, Di & I are getting married in October 2013, and I am very very excited! Hihi

For the past months, we are busy meeting and booking suppliers for our wedding. Ang hirap pala! Ang dami choices kahit at kahit limited budget lang, dapat smart lang sa pagpili kasi kahit low budget dapat quality pa din naman. 🙂 There. So far, ok naman, we decided to have a vintage, rustic wedding, not too formal. I did not realize na sobrang dami palang dapat iconsider. Wedding preparation is tiring and stressful, pero masaya. 🙂 narealize ko, wala pala akong dream wedding gown! Nahirapan ako humanap ng gagawa ng gown ko, kasi, i dont even know anong gown gusto ko (na pasok sa budget). I am a huge fan of Veluz, pero realistic naman ako, and I know we can’t afford her, kaya kailangan humanap ng iba. I inquired with a lot of wedding designers — some, hindi fit sa budget, others, mura pero panget, and yung iba, i did not dare inquire. Until recently, I found her na!! 🙂 Fitting will start in January. Her style is sophisticated, and classic. Not girly (as you know, hindi ako girly masyado). Pero it’s something I will be very proud to wear on my wedding day. There.

By the way, I just got my 2013 starbucks planner. It’s my first time to complete the required stickers myself. Hindi ako coffee person, pero since I transfered to a new company last year, madalas ako sa coffee shop to finish reports, answer emails at kung ano ano pa, so why not, nakumpleto ko sya.
