ARMY NAVY Burger + Burrito

I am loving Army Navy nowadays!

I first tried Steak Burrito in Strata 2000 branch last year (and that’s my first ever visit to Army Navy) and I am pretty pleased with the taste! I also loved that they have a lot of food choices!

I also go to Army Navy regularly for the Fearless Fried Chicken! This is one of my favorites. The Chicken is crispy and juicy at the same time.  I love that the breading is very thin, you can not taste any flour-like flavor to it (unlike other breaded fried chicken). It taste simple and classic. No over-powering flavor (though I think enhancing the chicken flavor more would make it so much better). It comes with a pepper gravy that compliments the simple taste of the chicken. And I think, the serving is pretty generous too!

LIBERTEA! This I LOVE! I really love that’s it’s brewed unlike what others serve. I like that it’s a bit bitter, does not taste artificial at all! This is by far, one of the best tea I’ve ever tasted in similar restaurants. I actually go to Army Navy sometimes just to order this. Try it! 😀

And then, just recently, they launched the Querida Mia. Oh my. The Cheese! I ordered Chicken Baja (Sorry for the poor quality of the photo).

Divine! Perfect food over kwentuhan! 🙂 I initially thought, it looks like PIZZA, but no. Hehe. Confusing. Anyway, I thought I can finish the whole thing, but I realized it’s too nakakabusog! Hehe.

The Vow & Bridal Fair

Finally watched The Vow! 🙂 I convinced Di to watch it with me. He is not a fan (at all) of chick flicks and tear-jerking movies. The verdict? This movie instantly became one of my favorite movies. It has the right amount of *kilig* that will make you smile, and drama enough to get your tear glands do its work.

The movie, being based on a true story, made the character more realistic. Channing Tatum (Leo) is gorgeous, and Rachel McAdams (Paige)’s beauty is divine! Though I think, the type of *kilig* this movie offers is not for teenagers – it’s a bit serious. I especially liked the part when paige confronted her mother, and asked her why did she stay after knowing about the affair of her husband. She said, she stayed because of the things he did good, and she decided not to leave him for one thing he did wrong. I honestly think, this is one thing I need to learn. Forgiveness. Hay. There. I will highly recommend this movie to married and engaged couples.

There, so after we watched The Vow, we went to Debut and Bridal Fair at the Megatrade Hall. We’ve been visiting bridal fairs since last year to get some ideas, and check on the prices as well. The Fair was crowded! Hayy. We look for wedding rings, and some other suppliers. I can’t believe wedding rings can be that expensive! I am not into jewelries so I don’t really have any idea how much they cost. Oh well. We got tired early, and decided to just have some coffee, then head home. Tired.

First Things First

I recently got engaged! After more than 3 years of being together, Di and I decided it’s about time. Let me tell you about our story.

I met him thru a common friend, Stephen (which is his college buddy and happens to be the boyfriend of my roommate when I still live in QC). Our story is pretty short, we met in September 2008, got together in October 2008 (after less than a month, yes), and now, we are soon to take it to a higher level.

Di is someone I never thought I’d fall in love with. In fact, even before we met, I kinda know him already. I saw his pictures (with Stephen) and know a bit about him. But, love really moves in ways no one can understand. I say, it just happens. He has become, more than just a boyfriend – but a friend, a bestfriend at that. He has been my companion for quite some time, and he has seen me in my highs and lows. And most importantly, it’s him who lead me to find my faith again. And that I will always thank him for. I can fill this whole page of the things I love about him, and how happy I am to have him with me. Well, what I just like to say is, I believe there is really someone for everybody, and I am just so thankful, that I found mine. ❤

(Belated) Happy Valentines Day Everyone!
Stay In-love.

Transferring Again!

Hello! I am transferring again! Prayerspatiencebeer is originally from friendster blog. Too bad I was not able to save my posts from there before it permanently deleted from the net. I then moved to blogspot, and stayed there for quite some time, and now here, at my new place, WordPress.

I do not post religiously. Simply because, I don’t think I am too interesting, and also, I think I am bad at expressing myself in writing. I just need something to put my spur of the moments thoughts into.

The posts I will have here, is not all of me, and may not reflect who I am. These are random thoughts, and moments of my random life.
